Event Layout

Events use the three main frames of the Urban Legions interface: the Map-Event frame displays the body of text for describing the event situation, the Action frame for allowing the user to decide how to act, and the Feedback frame for providing additional information to the player.

As stated above, the Map-Event frame contains the body of text describing the event. When there is a combat situation, the bottom of this frame will contain what you are battling and how much endurance it has remaining until it is defeated.

The Action frame contains the options of actions a player can perform to respond to the text of the event. Available choices are set actions (listed in the top portion of the Action frame), item use, ability use, and an equipped weapon (note: equipped weapons can only be used in a combat situation).

The Feedback frame contains additional information that is not listed by the event's text. It often will repeat, or provide some kind of text, to signify what action you have selected. It will also list most changes in status, items acquired or lost, abilities gained (or in some rare instances, lost), and so on. The Feedback frame will also let players know when one action is not available, and can provide hints as to what might be needed instead.
